NOTE: Due to recent changes in state law (the Levine Act), a County Supervisor may not participate or vote on any matter presented to the Board involving an individual, company or organization that contributes in excess of $250 to a Supervisor’s officeholder account and/or election campaign in a calendar year. As a result, our policy is to closely monitor all contributions and Supervisor Lee will recuse himself from any matters where a contributor in excess of $250 has an interest in or advocates for a particular outcome.
